Karlín on fire!
Karlin has been lately one of the most dynamically growing areas in the Prague city. One of the reasons is the fact that during the 90s had been closed down industrial production in this area so large amount of buildings has lost its primary function. It has established a possibility for new investments, especially into the buildings and land. So the original industry properties are now being kindly renovated for business and residential living. And the newly released land is used for a development of modern shopping and administrative centers with a very good infrastructure going along.
Residence.
Our residence is a beautiful art-nouveau house from the year 1907 and was completely reconstructed in 2004. The house has been equipped with latest technology but you can also see the history and soul of an old house including all art-nouveau details. For your relax you can use the backyard garden, plus much more - all this to make your stay as much pleasant and without worries as possible.

Křižíkova 115 residence has 16 apartments - studios, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments. All of them are furnished, spacious and beautifully renovated.
Neighborhood.
Karlín is a trendy neighborhood. Where you can discover many local shops, restaurants and cafés. If you want to discover Karlín, Křižíkova street is especially great place to start. One of the perks of living in our apartments is that you have amazing wine bar Veltlin and tea shop Tea Mountain right there in the building.
